Refund and Returns Policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from the V4 FASHIONS e-boutique may be returned for a refund or credit given the following conditions are met. We do not exchange at this point in time.

  • Goods are returned postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date (returns outside of this period are held to V4 FASHIONS discretion)
    • Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice)
    • Items are not marked as FINAL SALE
    • Items are in their original condition, meaning that:
    • All tags are still intact. Items are in their original packaging
    • Items have not been worn, altered, damaged, or washed (this includes shoes returned with sole markings or scratches). Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and the item must be in a resalable condition.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to their nature or hygiene restrictions, the V4 FASHIONS e-boutique cannot refund the following items:

  • Earrings and jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Shoes

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as FINAL SALE – NO EXCHANGES – NO RETURNS are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason. 

 

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE

The item(s) must meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA#.

  1. Ensure all return conditions listed above have been met.
  2. To return an item, please email customer service at info@v4fashions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  1. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Due to varying processing times between payment providers, online returns may take 30 business days to process into your account. You will receive an email from V4 FASHIONS Customer Care when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a shipping error in which an incorrect product is received, V4 Fashions will cover all associated shipping costs.

  •   Returns will be issued in the original form of tender used in the transaction

 

Non Refundable & Non Exchangeable Items

Due to their nature or hygiene restrictions, V4 FASHIONS cannot refund or return the following items:

  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
  • Lingerie, intimates and undergarments
  • Earrings and jewelry
  • Gift cards

FAULTY RETURNS

Both V4 FASHIONS e-boutique accept faulty items. Faulty returns are determined at the sole discretion of V4 FASHIONS.

  • Minor faults: Where possible, we may elect to repair the product
  • Major faults: Choose to receive:
    • a replacement product 
    • a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit note)

V4 FASHIONS may only offer you an exchange (in-store only), repair or refund if the following conditions are met.

  • Goods are returned within 7 Days of the purchase date
  • Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice)
  • Upon assessment by V4 FASHIONS:
    • The item is considered faulty
    • The item holds a manufacturing fault
    • For online purchases, the item varies significantly to the V4 FASHIONS e-boutique description and/or images
    • For online purchases, the item delivered is not the item that was ordered

V4 FASHIONS will not offer return or repair for items where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrectly caring for, the item.

Gift Cards

V4 FASHIONS gift cards are valid for 6 Months and can be used for purchases via the V4 FASHIONS eBoutique only.
